1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TradePro ("the Platform"), operated by TradePro. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use TradePro, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You may not use TradePro if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of AI-assisted trading platforms is prohibited.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Promptly update your account information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Platform Description
TradePro provides a platform for users to view, follow, and potentially replicate the trading strategies of AI-powered trading algorithms ("AI Traders"). The Platform displays historical and simulated performance data, trade histories, and risk metrics for informational purposes.
TradePro does not execute trades on your behalf unless you have explicitly enabled copy trading through a supported and authorized brokerage integration.
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
TradePro offers multiple subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: Access to basic performance metrics and monthly summary reports.
- Pro Tier ($49/month): Real-time signals, detailed analytics, and priority support.
- Elite Tier ($99/month): Copy trading, custom alerts, and 1-on-1 consultations.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform data without written consent
- Impersonate another user or entity
- Use automated tools to access the Platform without prior authorization
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of TradePro. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party brokerage services, data providers, or APIs. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. TradePro is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePro., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradePro. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
